The Russian government has approved additional budget expenses for the Sakhalin-1 oil and gas project for 2010, the Energy Ministry said on Monday, without mentioning the size of the new budget.The government has also approved an amended program of work and spending for infrastructure development which will be used as the basis for further annual spending plans.
