Oslo exonerated in fatal Rocknes sinking

A COURT in Norway has ruled that the government is not liable in 2004’s Rocknes disaster, the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association said today. 
When the bulker Rocknes ran aground and capsized outside Bergen in January 2004, 18 of the 30 crew members on board were killed.
