Several months after a woman was attacked and robbed at the Gilroy Premium Outlets, police have arrested a suspect.Police say that on April 21, Jaime Baldenegro attacked the victim in the bathroom and stole her purse. Police were able to arrest a suspect cashing the victims checks, which lead them to Baldenegro.
Police were able to obtain an arrest warrant for the attack in April but Baldenegro had already turned himself in to the police the day before on an unrelated burglary charge.
Baldenegro is being held on $200,000 bail.
