Las Vegas Premium Outlets are HOT

I don't currently have Kids Supercenter at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets. I did have a store here when I was SVP for Perry Ellis. In fact I was there when the center grand opened. So while I was in Vegas I drove over to check out the center.

There is no denying that this is a successful center. It was packed on a Tuesday afternoon when I was there. There is not a single vacancy in the mall. It has only the best of the best in high end fashion outlet stores.

However, I think the center has some drawbacks. Its much harder to get too than the Las Vegas Outlet Center. The parking is terrible. There is one big parking garage that is inconveniently placed, hard to navigate and you have to walk across a busy road to the center. Save yourself some trouble and take a cab.

And its and outside center...in the desert...where it gets to over 100 degrees. Sure they have misters. You can see they were all running full blast when I was there but it was still hot. The sun is harsh, definitely bring sun glasses.

I think that once Chelsea finishes the remodel on the Las Veges Outlet Center and they finish improving the tenant mix that it will once again surpass the Las Vegas Premium Outlets as the top center in town. It is closer, easier to get too, has better parking and it has air conditioning.
