Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. has entered into multiple long-term agreements with shippers to provide additional transportation services from the Eagle Ford Shale located in South Texas. To facilitate these agreements, ETP will construct a natural gas pipeline, a processing plant and additional facilities at an approximate cost of $300 million.
