The grand opening of the rebuilt Tanger Outlet Center I in greater Bluffton is slated for March 31.
Tanger officials provided the date in announcing a "sneak peak" for media.
The old center was torn down and is being replaced with a $50 million project. Tanger officials say the new center will be the first in the county certified under Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards.
The center is slated to include about 40 brand name and designer outlet stores and three restaurants: Panera Bread, LongHorn Steakhouse and Olive Garden.
