Norway: Statoil Installs New Compessor Module on Kristin Platform

Statoil has decided to install a new compressor module on the Kristin platform together with the Kristin and Tyrihans licence owners. The module will increase recovery from the field.
“The investment decision will result in increased reserves and accelerated production, prolonging the lifetime of the Kristin field and associated installations up until the years 2029 – 2034,” says project head Øystein Braathen.
